xStock vs NYSE
Triple tape
Pyth sets the cash session. The desk then compares NYSE, the xStock DEX, and Ondo when that feed exists. Buy the discount, sell the premium, LP only when they agree.
Overnight board — cheapest first
| Name | vs NYSE | Overnight | Cheapest venue | Play |

This is the after-hours book. Names at the top are the ones the DEX is giving you cheaper than cash.
Trade the tape
Any size is allowed. Buy from my wallet spends USDC in Phantom/Jupiter — not the MarkFill deposit address. You still need a little SOL for fees; the first buy of a stock also needs ~0.002 SOL to open a token account. Arm desk spends USDC you deposited on Account.
Your MarkFill wallet
This address is only yours and does not change after it is created. Send USDC and a little SOL for fees. Export the key to import it in Phantom/Jupiter if you want full control.
What you bought
Withdraw to main wallet
Withdrawals go back to the connected wallet. Withdraw all sends every USDC and every stock. Leave a little SOL on the MarkFill address for fees.
Session LP
NYSE open → tight bins. Overnight fair → wider bins. Off-tape → no LP.
Fair-print receipts
Each fill stores NYSE, on-chain, bps, and session at send time. That is the proof the gate did work.
Armed orders
Stays after a reload. Pending is waiting on the tape. Executed has filled. Failed keeps retrying until you disarm.
